organization) is the Mental Retardation Authority (MRA) for Dallas County. An
official diagnosis from the MRA is required for state-funded services. For

The Warren Center, for children with developmental differences provides
assistance to families in helping their children meet developmental challenges
in motor skills, communication, behavior, feeding and cognition. ECI of
Richardson/North Dallas is a home-based program for infants and toddlers. The
program options include speech, occupational and physical therapy, nutrition,
developmental instruction, social work, and play skills.

County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). Provides information,
referral and assistance to care givers, professionals, older adults and
individuals of all ages with disabilities who need assistance navigating the
system. Connect to Care is completely VIRTUAL. Individuals seeking assistance
can access services by telephone or through the Internet. Self-referrals can be
