We are excited to announce that we will be rolling out the Connections app across the state of Texas in the next several months. So when is it going to launch in the your area? Well as it turns out that is entirely up to you. The first market with 50 providers signed up for the Connections App presale will get the first launch date, the second market with 50 will get the second and so on.

Our technology partner, CareStarter believes in Connections mission and with your help we can get the app out to Caregivers and raise some money for the Connections Project at the same time. To confirm your organization as a featured partner, we are asking that you complete the sign up form (Click Here to Download), pay a $500 account set up fee, and we will make a donation of $100 to the Connections Project. Yes it is that easy.
